Would you like to get to know other local artists? Join us for a VAAL meeting! In addition to keeping members in the loop about upcoming exhibits, field trips and classes, the Visual Arts Association of Livonia also provides interesting meeting programs - highlighting an artist, art form or creative process.

Consider becoming a VAAL member! Cost of membership is a reduced fee of $25 this year, starting June 1 until December 31, 2021. This fee is essential to the continued

growth of membership privileges:

  • Reduced Class Tuition

  • Early Class Registration

  • Participation in VAAL Exhibits

  • VAAL Newsletter

To become a member is an easy process. Fill out a membership form and either mail it in with a check or bring it to a meeting. To renew (this year membership begins June 1 until December 31), the form is not necessary, just the dues.  Contact the VAAL Membership Coordinator with membership questions or send member yearly dues to:

Be Involved!

Organizations do not run themselves, and VAAL is no exception. If you are a member, consider joining a group of artists who are dedicated to making this an excellent organization. You can help out by assisting with the exhibits, offering suggestions for general meeting content or field trips, or bringing snacks. If you have been a member awhile, you may want to consider serving as an officer (the Board of Directors' election is in January). This is your art community - be involved!
